today i cooked maggi. while waiting for it to cook, i went online to chat with a friend. when i returned to the kitchen 5 mintues later, all the water evaporated and the noodles and egg was all that's left. so now i've invented dry maggi. not bad tasting.

MY PSP! I LOVE!

all of a sudden, SP has a sudden influx of pretty women. there's this girl who is damn hot man in my elective module lecture. ok i only realise this after 5 weeks coz i've only attended the lesson twice? she looks like sophie nevue from da vinci code but only her nose isn't as sharp as sophie's. i hope the guy sitting beside her isn't her bf coz if he is, then i think i should be the bf. finally i have a motivation to attend that lecture. she'll be the reason why my attendance will never go below 75% haha. EH not just me only ok? my other guy friends also ogle at her during lecture. oh on the way to school in the train today this random chic watching some music video on her own psp came up to me and say i have a damn nice psp. =)

after being a starwars barista, i can finally afford to buy things. got myself a sweater, tshirts, bermudas, slippers, MOS, taxis, da vinci code, fine dining etc.

you guys SO have to watch brokeback. it's so sad )): yes yes i know, *EEK* you say, cos its a bunch of gays (hey that rhymes! lol), but ultimately, it's still a love story about two people who are kept apart by societal norms. but hey. who's to say that being gay isn't normal? ultimately it's your own fate, and if you want to judge other people by your standards, you should think twice. who's to say it wasn't normal in the first place and being het is abnormal? lol. and there's like, only 1 (damn short) sex scene between the two men, and it's you don't see hell nothing. actually the only thing you guys would be interested in seeing, belongs to women. and hey you get to look at those of not one, but TWO women!! lmao. but still. whatever it is, ultimately, it's down to this much. it's romeo+romeo. or jack and jack (or in this case, jack and ennis) you guys should really go watch it.

this is ennis, smelling one of jack's shirts. at this point in time, jack's dead (having been beated up by some homophobic f*cks. of course it's covered up as an "accident", and that jack was trying to inflate a flat when the "tyre exploded and the rim of the tyre smashed into his face. by the time someone found him he had drowned in his own blood" do these people have no hearts?! christ!) anyway, on their very first (and only) trip to brokeback as hired hands, where they originally started out, ennis couldn't find one of his shirts when they left, and he assumed that he left it on the mountain. actually, jack had stolen it and hung it up with his own shirt (with blood on the sleeves cos they had a fight earlier and screwed their noses up). so yeah. he finds it when he comes to jack's house after his death. it's his only reminder of what they had after all, so he took it back with him. you see what i mean about this being a love story. it only gets more heartbreaking because they themselves deny what "could have been" and ultimately, deny their true selves.

now please, go and watch brokeback. so what if it's about two guys? get over it.

i'm going to miss air force school! the 5 days that i spent at aeti was an unforgettable experience. i learned so much more about aircraft maintanence, including the systems of the skyhawk. for this, i have my supervisor, this warrant officer, to thank for. his knowledge on the skyhawk's systems is beyond words. every single detail is at his fingertips. he probably would see the piper warriors' systems as an insult to his intelligence. i guess it's these type of crew chiefs that keeps the planes up and flying. respect to all of them. my WO's extreme patience and dedication in teaching us has led to my friends and i increasing our knowledge on aircraft maintenance such as safety and techniques that are necessary in servicing a bird. working in the warm and humid hangar is certainly something not many people get to experience, and i'm grateful that i was given the chance to feel what it's like working in there. well what my friends and i actually did was to remove the tail fairing for the horizontal stabilator stuck at maximum trim(11 degrees) for rectification. all the work was done while standing on the horizontal stabilator. it was kinda scary at first cause i thought i might fall but i got used to it quickly; you just had to watch your step and know who's around you. hours of arduous hard work and bucket loads of sweat was put in. being a tech wasn't easy. the screws were giving us a bitch of a time cause the head of the screws were shearing off and the WO taught us how to remove the screws using the extraction method.

the best part of the 4 days was, i got to lock myself in the cockpit for a few minutes everyday and imagine myself flying the aircraft. the skyhawk's cockpit is extremely small. the number of switches and functions just put me in awe. how i wish to be in control of such an aircraft in the future, doing what i love most as well as defending my country. oh how could i forget. i even got to try on the helmet and the oxygen mask!!! my friend said i looked like an elephant cause of the 'hose'. but it was totally cool. i felt like an astronaut. hopefully one day i'll have my own helmet with this written on it: MUD. (can i put a playboy sticker on it?). after every hard day's work, my WO would buy us drinks and he'll talk to us about his experience as a crew chief as well as aviation stories from all over the world from an airshow in america to the israeli 6-day war. today however we talked alot about ejection. for a moment i nearly typed erection. anyway for the record he used to keep the black knights' skyhawks flying. =)

i'm gonna miss the time i had at AFS. hope to be there again, hopefully as a trainee pilot of course. maybe my WO would be the crew chief of my aircraft and if that's the case, i'll have the utmost confidence in him that my aircraft will be airworthy and performing to it's maximum ability each time i fly it. oh well a picture of my friends and i with our WO standing in front of the skyhawk would be very nice. unfortunately, no camera phones or what more cameras are allowed in the AFS. whatever it is the memories that i had there shall always be in my mind. =)

towards technical achievement* AETI( Air Engineering Training Institute)

p.s. attachment certainly beats classroom lessons.

david afzal beckham and victoria siti beckham

half of the team

me in action at a 5-a-side tournament we attended. dribbling past two opponents.

-the following passage isn't related to the pictures-

my beloved amateur football team scored our 100th goal today. 100 goals in 18 games. a remarkable feat innit? while ken was up there feeling airgasmic and sick to his guts, i was on earth running around along with 21 other boys chasing a football and having a kick at one another. it was scorching hot and we were down 2-0 at half time due to two stupid errors by the defenders. stupid bunch of morons. can't even take a proper goal kick. we had at least 10 shots on goal but none went in. why? it's because our strikers gave the keeper too much respect i guess since he looks like a wuss therefore they were shooting softly straight at him. im a midfielder btw and so we're the only good ones in the team. but then our strikers found their form and started banging in the goals. we fucked our opponents left right and center and we scored 5 by the end of the game. our defenders finally found their brains and legs and we prevented anymore goals from going in. check mate. ah well, another good game today. 5-2 to khatib fc.

i wanna propose a game against syfc staff and students. =)

Aeros is fun. but i felt a bit blur after 1/2 hrs of 96's aeros. -.-"

Prior to recovery, we tracked for Sinjon 1500 feet =)

And we saw e final approach of PLAB

Followed by a fly-past above Sentosa.

And holded in Alpha for quite some time, where i was shown e horizontal turn!

After 1 hr of flying on PA, i survived 96's aeros!

And this bag here remained intact!
